Recently, the Criminal Police Department said that there is no basis to handle criminal responsibility of Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang for accusing the artist of lack of transparency in charity matters.

Specifically, sharing on Tien Phong, Major General Ho Si Niem, Deputy Director of the Criminal Police Department (C02) of the Ministry of Public Security said: "Where does Ms. will handle, we have worked but there is no basis for settlement".

Regarding the above case, lawyer Tran Xuan Tien (Hanoi Bar Association) assessed that the Ministry of Public Security and local police have carefully considered the accused artists and whistleblowers, including Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang.

Regarding C02's decision not to prosecute criminal cases against artists, lawyer Tien said that the parties still have the right to complain if they are not satisfied, but basically it will be difficult to change the outcome.

Lawyer Tien said that it was difficult to determine that Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang had slanderous behavior. "In order to clarify this behavior, the investigating agency must determine that the whistleblower knows that the content he denounces is not true, but still deliberately sends the application and fabricates it," lawyer Tien told Tien Phong. .

According to lawyer Tien, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang has a sense of fighting to protect the right, even though this work has wrong and right. However, based on the verification results, the investigating agency can only transfer the case to a civil complaint or lawsuit if there are grounds to believe that Ms. Hang affected the reputation, honor and dignity of others.

"The artists themselves are the same, they are not prosecuted by the investigative agency, but that doesn't mean that they are all right. Thanks to Mrs. Hang making a fuss, some artists have transferred the money of the sponsors. sent to the people affected by the rain and floods. If Mrs. Hang doesn't speak up, she doesn't know where the money will go," said lawyer Tran Xuan Tien.
