D. is a contributor to a press agency under the pseudonym X.D.. D. Identified with accomplices who take turns approaching the victim to create pressure and force money to be given or they will be allowed to report the wrongdoing.

After a period of information collection, on January 5, the Ho Chi Minh City Police HCM arrested D. and the exhibits that D. had just stolen from Mrs. T.H.

The Investigating Police Department urges anyone who is D.'s accomplice to go to the Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City. HCM surrendered for leniency; Any person who has been a victim of this person goes to the police to provide information.

Accordingly, L.X.D. is a collaborator of the above press agency from October 2023 till date. At the end of 2023, D. was issued a referral and sent to verify the case related to construction violations in District 12.

Previously, in December 2023, the Quang Nam Provincial Public Security Agency also prosecuted D.N.B. (Born in 1977, residing in Hai Chau district, Da Nang city) to investigate the act of "Taking property".

Around 16:00 on 29/11, at a café in Phu Hai village, Dai Hiep commune, Dai Loc district, the police of Dai Loc district caught B. in the act of receiving VND 9.8 million from representatives of Truong Loi Joint Stock Company.

This is an enterprise operating in the field of minerals located in Dai Quang Industrial Cluster, Dai Loc district, Quang Nam.

Previously, through monitoring the news, D.N.B. learned that this enterprise had made mistakes in exploiting and transporting minerals at the sand mine in Ngoc Kinh Dong village, Dai Hong commune, Dai Loc district, but it has not been completely remedied.

At the same time, the leaders of Truong Loi Joint Stock Company are required to meet and exchange, otherwise they will publish articles affecting the company's operations.

After receiving a report from Truong Loi Joint Stock Company, the police force of Dai Loc district caught D.N.B. while receiving VND 9.8 million from this business representative.

Through his work, the subject testified that he is currently a reporter for an environmental and social magazine.

On November 30, 2023, the police of Yen Bai province issued a decision to prosecute and temporarily detain N.V.D. (born in 1984, from Bac Giang) and N.H.N. (born in 1989, from Tuyen Quang), who are reporters of a magazine on the charge of Taking Property.

Previously, on November 22, some businesses in Yen Bai City sent criminal complaints to the provincial police about being threatened and intimidated by 2 subjects claiming to be journalists, asking them to give money; otherwise they will post adversely to the Journal where they work .

At 15:20 on 29/11, in Tan Thinh commune, Yen Bai city, the working group of the Criminal Police Department of Yen Bai province discovered and made a record of the incident that D. and N. were in the act of receiving VND 15 million from Mr. D.C.C. (managing a business establishment in Yen Bai City).

After that, the case is being further investigated by the Yen Bai Provincial Public Security Department.
