On August 26, the Duc Trong District Police (Lam Dong) issued a decision to administratively sanction 7.5 million VND for Nguyen Thi D. for collecting, processing and using information of other individuals without consent or for wrong purposes as prescribed by law.

Nguyen Thi D. is an employee of a restaurant in Lam Dong. On July 3, Nam Thu stopped by to eat at the restaurant where D. worked. Later on social networks, the Z.D account suddenly posted a post accusing Nam Thu, accompanied by many images that were believed to be evidence and among them were images of Nam Thu dining at the restaurant where D. worked. These are the images extracted by D. from the restaurant's camera and used without Nam Thu's consent.

In addition to employee D. paying a fine of 7,500,000 VND, the owner of the rice shop where Nam Thu visited also publicly posted an apology on the restaurant's page.

On his personal page, the Z.D account - the "official" in Nam Thu's noisy love affair immediately made a move related to the case. Accordingly, she reshared the apologetic post of the owner of the rice shop where Nam Thu visited, accompanied by a hidden status line: "Then I don't understand why. Bullying or something. The rice shop is very tasty and cheap. I've eaten." Z.D's move made netizens even more frustrated. Many people think that Z.D should be silent and coordinate with the investigating agency, instead of posting "coffee" to attract attention on social networks.

This is not the first time Z.D has had a challenging attitude on social networks. Previously, she had posted an advertisement in the form of superstition on her personal page. When left comments by netizens suggesting that they should moderate and select advertising products, the Z.D account also blatantly used impolite words to respond: "You have the right to buy or not to buy, I force you to buy or what?", "Whoever goes back and forth before that person is wrong, d** talk a lot"... But after posting an apology, Z.D was "somewhat disabled" when posting online sales posts, advertising beauty products but using the story of "baby three" to make content in the status lines.

On the evening of July 4, a social media account suddenly posted an accusation that Nam Thu had an extramarital relationship with a married man. Attached to this affirmation is an image that is believed to be evidence that the actress used to go to a homestay in Da Lat and text back and forth with the husband of the account holder Z.D. The above post quickly became a topic of discussion throughout social media forums. Although Nam Thu later issued a statement denying it, the actress faced a backlash from the public.

Until August 5, the actress officially appeared and shared about the scandal. Nam Thu denied negative information such as being a third person interfering in the love story of the Z.D account holder, not using stimulants, not having sensitive images/clips like the information spread on social networks.
