"When I saw a young man running on the shore, he seemed panicked like a lifeguard's premonition, so I looked towards the sea. When I noticed the undulating heads, the arms that were floating on the water moved away from me. about 40m. I immediately swam as fast as I could to get to these people. When I arrived, I found a few people hugging each other as if they were exhausted," Lieutenant Hieu said.

After that, when he heard that there was still one victim in the sea, although he was tired, Lieutenant Hieu still coordinated with the fire prevention and rescue police force of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Police to search. However, this victim did not survive.

"When I swam back to the sea, I saw only one person still floating on the water but motionless. I quickly pulled to the shore and performed respiratory movements and saved this person. Unfortunately, there was one person left. The female student when I swam out couldn't see her, so she disappeared," said soldier Hieu.

The missing girl was identified as HTKP (23 years old, from Ben Tre). After hours of searching, the functional forces discovered the body of this female student and handed over the procedure to her family.
