Sharing with the media, Mr. NTL (D.'s uncle) said that around 4:00 p.m. on May 20, D. was transferred from Phu Tho Provincial General Hospital to National Children's Hospital.

Regarding the incident, the Long Bien District Police Department prosecuted the case, prosecuted the defendant, and temporarily detained TVM for the crime of "Intentionally causing injury".
