BLACKPINK broke records, their reputation went far thanks to this despite being quiet throughout 2024

Blackpink's " How You Like That" has reached a new milestone on YouTube. Accordingly, at around 6:24 p.m. on September 20, Korean time, Blackpink's music video for "How You Like That" surpassed 1.3 billion views on YouTube.

This makes "How You Like That" Blackpink's fifth music video to achieve this milestone, following " DDU-DU DDU-DU," "Kill This Love," "BOOMBAYAH," and "As If It's Your Last." Blackpink released the music video for "How You Like That" on June 26, 2020 at 6 p.m. KST, meaning it took the song just over 4 years, 2 months, and 25 days to reach the 1.3 billion views mark.

Blackpink has not had a group activity for nearly 2 years. They have not released any music as a group for over 500 days. Previously, the group agreed to sign a contract with YG as a group but not as solo artists.

In 2021, BLACKPINK's YouTube channel surpassed 65.5 million subscribers and became the Artist/Group with the most subscribers on YouTube. According to YG Entertainment president Yang Hyun Suk, BLACKPINK will officially return to group activities in 2025.
