Taeyeon (SNSD) made Vietnamese fans angry, while interacting, she turned around and left?

On the evening of August 30, the K Showtime music night still made its mark when attracting thousands of spectators. However, an unexpected incident occurred while singer Taeyeon ( SNSD ) was interacting, making fans angry.

Even before G-time, the audience area at K Showtime was packed with people. Under the brilliant night sky, thousands of light sticks were lit up simultaneously, turning the entire space into a sea of bright pink. This was not too surprising, because Taeyeon has long had a large fan base in Vietnam. Many people have been looking forward to her return for many years.

Not disappointing the audience, Taeyeon appeared as a true "goddess". She lit up the stage as soon as she stepped out, with her youthful visual, flawless skin, confident demeanor and top-notch live singing voice. In the middle of Taeyeon's emotional speech, the background music of "I" - her most famous solo hit - suddenly played. It was supposed to be a sign that a special performance was coming, but things took a strange turn. Instead of continuing the performance, Taeyeon just stood up to greet the audience, said a hasty goodbye, and left the stage.

At first, many fans thought this was just Taeyeon’s usual “light trolling” – something she does occasionally to liven up the atmosphere. But when the female idol did not return, the audience gradually realized that the performance had actually ended in a hasty and incomplete manner.

In the face of strong protests, the K Showtime Organizing Committee immediately posted an official apology that night on its fanpage. According to the announcement, the incident occurred due to a misunderstanding during communication between the parties involved.

Although the organizers took timely action, the incident still could not calm the anger in the Kpop fan community, especially Vietnamese SONE. Many opinions continued to fiercely debate about the quality of organization, the ability to coordinate the stage as well as the inflexible crisis handling from the unit behind K Showtime.

It is undeniable that K Showtime brought a memorable music night to Vietnamese audiences, especially Kpop fans. The gathering of "huge" stars such as Taeyeon, Yunho, Key, Irene & Seulgi partly proved the attraction of the event.

However, the incident related to Taeyeon's performance became a big minus point, preventing the program from ending completely. Many viewers hope that the organizers will learn from this experience, especially if they want to continue organizing large-scale Kpop events in Vietnam in the future.

For Taeyeon's fans, although they regret the show being interrupted, the appearance and sincere sharing from the female idol are still precious. Fans also expressed hope that Taeyeon's promise to bring a solo concert to Vietnam will soon become a reality.
