Accordingly, the police identified the suspects involved as Nguyen Quang Duc (28 years old, residing in Trieu Tai commune, Trieu Phong district, Quang Tri province); Tran Le Quang Vu (27 years old); Le Phuoc Thanh (33 years old) and Nguyen Xuan Dung (33 years old, living in Quang Tri town, Quang Tri province) and Tran Viet Long (30 years old, residing in Ban Gian commune, Lap Thach district, Vinh Phuc province).
