Le Tung Van constantly has words that distort and defame Buddhism. Notably, there is also a passage that Le Tung Van slandered Venerable Thich Nhat Tu, member of the Executive Council of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, causing public outrage.

Or in another video, Mr. Le Tung Van, playing the role of the Red Flamingo Buddha, acted to impersonate the Buddha, distort the teachings and incite people not to respect the law and Buddhism. Before establishing the Bong Lai Pure House, Le Tung Van also set up a nursing home for orphaned children in Pham Van Hai commune, Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City to profit. However, this object was later discovered by local authorities and forced to close.

However, Le Tung Van still has not calmed down, after cooperating with Cao Thi Cuc, Le Tung Van saw an opportunity to polish the name of his illegal establishment. He brought the girl Huyen Tran, who was 12 years old at the time and came from the "Peng Lai Pure House". Lawyer Le Van Hoan, Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association, said that the accused in the above case were prosecuted under Clause 2, Article 331 of the Penal Code 2015 with a penalty of 2-7 years in prison (serious crimes) and where the crime committed is Duc Hoa district.

Therefore, the above case falls under the jurisdiction of the district-level People's Court according to Article 268 of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code. It is appropriate for the People's Procuracy of Long An province to prosecute the accused to the People's Court of Duc Hoa district.
