These actions have caused anger in public opinion and affected social order and safety.

In order to promptly grasp and take measures to rectify this phenomenon, to avoid causing negative impacts on public opinion, especially young people, the Ministry of Information and Communications asked the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities to direct the Department of Information and Communications. , the police of provinces and cities strengthen the management and handling work according to their assigned competence.
