Then, this person hung at the bottle of hand sanitizer for building residents and left," the reflector said.

According to Decree 117/2020/ND-CP, the sanction for not wearing a mask in public when required to prevent the epidemic can be fined up to VND 3 million from September 28, 2020.

Specifically, at Point a, Clause 1, Article 12 of Decree 117/2020/ND-CP, a fine of between VND 01 million and VND 03 million is imposed for failure to take personal protection measures against participants. anti-epidemic and people at risk of disease according to the guidance of health authorities.

Decree 117/2020/ND-CP takes effect from November 15, 2020, however, according to the provisions of Point a, Clause 2, Article 115 of Decree 117/2020, the above sanctioning regulations take effect from the date of this Decree. signed for promulgation (ie September 28, 2020).

Thus, from September 28, 2020, the act of not wearing a mask in public when required to prevent the epidemic, can be fined up to VND 03 million.

In addition, Decree 117/2020/ND-CP also increases the level of sanction for the act of failing to notify the People's Committee and preventive health agencies in the locality about cases of disease as prescribed by law from 01/01/2020. million dong to 03 million dong.

Note: The above fines are fines for individuals. For the same act of administrative violation, the fine level for organizations is equal to 02 times the fine level for individuals.
