It is known that the incident happened at a park in District 8. The woman had a hostile attitude when reminded by the authorities.
City. Ho Chi Minh City is entering the second day of the social distancing period according to directive 16. While the medical forces, officers and soldiers... are struggling to fight the epidemic, there are still some problems. unconscious individuals, disregarding public health.
Recently, the clip that was spread on social networks made many people extremely angry at the act of not wearing a mask in public, prompting a woman to immediately show her opposition.
Accordingly, this person did not wear a mask, casually sat sewing and embroidering in the park. Discovering this case, the functional force (LLCN) was quickly present, explained and asked the woman to properly comply with the requirement to wear a mask in public.
The subject immediately expressed opposition, asserting that he was alone and did not come into contact with anyone, so wearing a mask was unnecessary:
"Only when you come in contact, you will wear a mask, if you don't contact, you don't need to wear a mask. I go alone, not in pairs or groups."
The man in the anti-epidemic committee still tried to explain that it was a misconception: "I think that's wrong. It is prescribed that you must wear a mask when you step out of the house and not enter the park. so clearly defined."
The object of response was that they themselves did not receive the regulation, "bluntly arguing" that the functional forces "fabricated" and had to go to knock on each family's door, notify each citizen to follow the correct procedure:
"I said can you make up these things? I'm a citizen, I don't know anything, how can I do it?
Why do I have to find out? You are the ones standing above, you give the rules and regulations, you have to go to each household, each citizen must understand that rule, then it will be implemented.
When asked for her home address and asked to provide her identity, the woman loudly replied: "I'm in Vietnam, where on earth am I?"
Despite the advice of the authorities, the subject calmly continued the sewing work and loudly said:
"The park was built for the first time and then people went out for a walk. I wasn't sick so I could go out. Why do you guys forbid people from going out? It's not a crime to ban it.
Why should I wear a mask when I leave the house? Now that I like to breathe in the air, do I have to take off my mask? Now I breathe in fine dust or something, if I'm sick, I'll go in for treatment, I don't have to worry about you guys treating me."
Until now, it is not clear where the incident took place, but soon after it was shared on social networks, thousands of comments harshly criticized the woman's actions. When the epidemic situation is developing very seriously like today, opposing actions need to be strictly handled to set an example for others and reduce pressure on the anti-epidemic force.
