On the afternoon of September 27, search forces in the flooded area of Lang Nu village, Phuc Khanh commune (Bao Yen district) found another missing person. The person found was identified as Ms. Hoang Thi Quyen, born in 1990. It is known that Ms. Quyen's family has 4 members, running a small grocery business in the village.
Her husband, Hoang Van Tuan, born in 1987, was buried in the rubble and was found on September 10. Her second son, Hoang Gia Bao, born in 2017, was swept away and discovered by locals and promptly taken to the hospital for treatment.
The eldest son, Hoang Xuan Phuc, born in 2009, was lucky to escape because before the flood, his father took him to Pho Rang town (Bao Yen district) to enroll in Bao Yen Secondary and High School for Ethnic Minorities.
During the past few days, Phuc has been at the scene waiting for news from the authorities about his missing mother. He even brought a rake and dug diligently, trying to find his mother who was buried in the mud after the terrible landslide. The image of the boy trying to find his mother made many people feel sorry.
On his personal TikTok page, Phuc also continuously shares happy moments of his family and pictures he took with his mother to express his longing for his family.

Accordingly, he is wearing an old T-shirt, sitting next to a red motorbike, heading towards the village that was swept away by the flood.
Mr. Thoi rested his chin on his hand, his eyes dull as he watched the villagers search for the remaining missing people. His expressionless face made passersby feel pity.
It is known that the video was recorded on September 25. The Tay girl - who posted the video said: "The soldiers have all returned, now I don't know where to start, this is when it feels really empty.
The day after it was posted, the video attracted millions of views and thousands of comments. Even social media sites shared it with heartbreaking titles. Everyone hoped that Mr. Thoi would soon overcome the pain of losing his mother, wife and three young children.
Earlier (the evening of September 9), Mr. Thoi took his mother, wife and children to his sister-in-law's place for temporary shelter after discovering signs of a landslide behind the house. He thought it was a safe place, but after a loud explosion, water and rocks rushed down, completely burying his sister-in-law's house.
Overnight, Mr. Thoi lost 5 relatives including his mother, wife and 3 children. After receiving the bodies of 4 relatives, he tried to hold back his tears, wading through the mud all over the scene to find his youngest son named Hoang Duc Long. After 12 days, the body of the child was found.
