Shut up, everyone enjoys their own blessings. I called on everyone in this village. You see those few billions, right? They can't eat them. These billions are divided equally among their neighbors. Why are you making a fuss about Phuc? It's not just Phuc, I can help everyone there with billions."

Previously, Pham Thoai had spoken out accusing the family of the boy named Phuc of deliberately acting pitiful, hiding the fact that Hoang Huong helped them in order to receive more money from him.

Not only that, the guy implied that he did not like the charity work of his senior Hoang Huong.

Pham Thoai said on livestream: "Everyone says that doing charity like Ms. Hoang Huong is transferring money to each individual account, so I would like to ask for permission like this. At first, I didn't want to because some people received 1 billion, some 2 billion. Some people received 200, 500. But everyone lost their house and family equally. It's not fair.

One more thing is that I don't want to ask for too much money for one person. Firstly, when people receive a lot of charity money, they can rely on it, even use tricks, trying to act pitiful to receive a lot.

This is a true story I heard from the villagers. They said this. My dear, you don't have to give it to them. Each person in the village receives 2-3 billion. You don't have to give it to them. If you don't hear about it yourself, you continue to transfer money to them. They receive 3,4,5 billion, so the other villages don't receive any money.

Recently, Pham Thoai also unexpectedly announced that he would donate an additional 5 billion VND to people affected by storm No. 3 and the recent floods. This amount was "advanced" from the profits from Pham Thoai's livestream on September 25. Even if the profits do not reach this number, he will still use his own money to support.

Regarding the reason, Pham Thoai said that he had a very difficult starting point, so he understands and sympathizes with people in difficult circumstances:

"I myself come from a poor background, so I understand and sympathize with many difficult situations, especially those of the highland people. Every time I go to a locality to support people, I feel the affection and joy when they receive gifts, just like my family in the past, just receiving gift bags (candy, sugar, milk) from benefactors was enough to be grateful.

The day I returned to manual work, I felt restless and lacking. I'm about to go live, I'm not in the mood to go live, I just want to help people more. So after 25, we continue to go out to help people."
