On the morning of November 18, the People's Court of Hai Duong province brought Cao Tai Talent (40 years old) and his wife Vu Thi Mung (38 years old, in Binh Han ward, Hai Duong city) for the first-instance trial of the murder of the creditor. , burning non-mourning bodies occurred on November 28, 2020 at house number 126 Nguyen Thuong Man, Binh Han ward, Hai Duong city.

Accordingly, Cao Tai was prosecuted for the crimes of "Murder, Robbery and Infringing upon bodies and remains". The defendant Vu Thi Mung was charged with the crime of "hiding crimes and trespassing on bodies and remains".

The victim in the case is Mr. DCC (47 years old, in Gia Loc town, Gia Loc district, Hai Duong). Previously, this trial was scheduled for October 26, but Vu Thi Mung applied for a postponement because she had just given birth.

Notably, there is a coincidence that the trial date is also the first anniversary of the victim's death. One day before the trial, Mr. Duong Cong Hung's family celebrated his son's first anniversary to prepare to attend the trial of Cao Talent and Vu Thi Mung.

Since the loss of his son, Mr. Duong Cong Hung has not spoken much, eating, sleeping and sleeping are not right. The time from the time his son disappeared to the time he was murdered by a debtor until now has been a year and a year that makes Mr. Hung suffer both physical and mental pain.

Sitting in a corner of the house, Mr. Hung said that he and his wife only had 1 son, Mr. C. and 3 daughters. Mr. C. is the breadwinner of the family and is very filial to his parents. Because of that, the incident made his pain become more than doubled.

Mr. Hung said sadly: "I'm very sad and want to die. My mind can't think of anything anymore. C. is my only son. Now that I'm old, when I'm sick, who will take care of me? for me and my wife. I have never slept well. At night, I only slept for a few hours, woke up in the middle of the night because I missed my baby, cried because I couldn't stand it in my heart." Mr. Hung recalled, before the incident happened, the father and son were always attached to each other, confiding in each other from big and small things: "How many hopes of my son, he confided to me, but now he is dead, not yet. I have never suffered such great pain."

According to the victim's family, a year ago, Mr. Hung woke up at 4-5 am every day to cry, and had lost more than 10 kg.

At the first-instance trial on the morning of November 18, there were 5 lawyers defending Cao Tai, including: Lawyer Doan Van Hong (TA appointed to defend the defendant), lawyer Luong Kieu Trang, Ngo Ngoc Trai, Ha Van Doan, Ha Trong Dai. Meanwhile, the victim's son and daughter were present early, hugging his father's photo and bursting into tears before the trial. The scene made many people feel sad.

According to the indictment of the People's Procuracy of Hai Duong province, Cao Tai and Vu Thi Mung and his wife owed Mr. DCC nearly 3 billion VND. Because he was threatened by Mr. C. and asked Nang to pay the debt but did not have the money to pay it, around 9 am on November 28, 2020, Nang made an appointment with Mr. C. to go to the pharmacy at 126 Nguyen Thuong Man to ask for a loan but could not. .

Nang invited Mr. C. to the loft of the pharmacy. From behind, he used a wooden stick to hit Mr. C.'s head several times, causing the victim to die on the spot.

Then, Nang appropriated C.'s mobile phone, MAZDA CX5 car, a watch and eyeglasses. The total amount and value of assets that Nang appropriated was more than 3.8 billion VND.

In the evening of the same day, Vu Thi Mung learned that Nang had killed Mr. C. and was leaving Mr. C.'s body at her home pharmacy. After discussing, the couple agreed to use Santafe car to carry Mr. C.'s body from the pharmacy to bury it in the Kim Son riverside area, area 9, Tan Binh ward (Hai Duong city) to avoid discovery by others.

On the afternoon of November 29, Nang and Mung continued to the place where the CX5 car was stolen from Mr. C. on the internal road of Kim Van - Kim Lu urban area in Dai Kim ward (Hoang Mai district). Hanoi). Can buy 502 glue, alcohol, face towel, and then join Mung to erase all traces on the car.

Due to the fear of others discovering the location of Mr. C.'s burial at the Kim Son riverbank, on the night of February 8, 2021 (28 New Year's Day), Nang and his wife dug up the victim's body, loaded it with wood, and dried firewood. Pour gasoline over the victim's body and set it on fire.

After waiting for Mr. C.'s body to finish burning, a part of the bones and ashes had been burned. Nang was put in a plastic bag, and the rest was thrown into the Kim Son River. The unburnt bones, Nang and Mung took them to another place, smashed the bones into many pieces, then brought them to the Han Bridge area and threw them into the Thai Binh River.

The indictment of the People's Procuracy of Hai Duong province pointed out that Cao Tai's and Vu Thi Mung's acts of digging up his body, burning his body, smashing his bones and then throwing them into the Thai Binh River, adversely affected security and order. , social safety in the area.
