According to initial information, on the afternoon of January 14, Ms. N. had a loud quarrel with her family, then took a motorbike with her two daughters, NNTA (7 years old) and NNBT (4 years old).

After discovering the motorcycle was built on the bridge, the family suspected that Ms. N. had hugged her child to jump off the bridge to commit suicide. The family then coordinated with the functional forces to search for the victim's mother and daughter.
Mr. Le Anh D. (38 years old, her husband N.) said that he and his wife gave birth to 2 children. The second child, just 14 months old, was unfortunately born with hydrocephalus. Although he tried to borrow money to take his son for treatment everywhere, his health still did not improve. Fear and grief because her sick child made Ms. N. show signs of depression.
