On December 31, the patient had a mild cough, no sore throat, no fever, no shortness of breath, and the X-ray image showed inhomogeneous opacities of the two lung bases. Currently, patient 1435 is diagnosed with pneumonia and closely managed at Tra Vinh Hospital for Tuberculosis and Lung Disease.

For the husband - who lives in the same house as BN1435, currently in the UK, has tested himself and also tested positive for SARS-CoV-2.
