J Restaurant has 30 rooms operating karaoke without permission, the establishment only accepts foreign guests, mainly Korean guests. Through the brokerage of the manager, female flight attendants are ready to 'come to the berth' when guests need, the selling price is 3.8 million VND / time.

At the restaurant, there are about 180 female hostesses, 20 waiters, when customers need, the general manager J.J.P, madam C.P, madam N.H.N, general manager T will directly send female hostesses to the service table and accompany guests.

The above business establishment has an alarm system (walkie-talkie, bright indicator, automatic sound off - television ...) when detecting a functional force coming to check. In front of the restaurant gate, there are always 3 to 5 guards, the gate door is always closed or closed and strictly guarded, vigilant.

With tricks such as promising high salaries and commissions, the restaurant owner has attracted many Korean managers and Vietnamese madam to work, offering advertisements with illegal activities at the establishment, the restaurant is always overcrowded and out of rooms.

At the time of the inspection, the police found many documents related to this activity, noting that the restaurant's female hostess 'arrived' with customers.

Many working groups stormed Hotel A Ly Tu Trong Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1 and S.C apartment at Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Tan Hung Ward, District 7, found 3 female attendants with guests.

Knowing that the business establishment was inspected by the police agency, due to fear of arrest, the subjects fled through many provinces such as Dong Nai, An Giang, Can Tho, Dong Thap... At the investigating agency, subjects H.C.N, J.J.P, C.P, N.H.N, T.T.T confessed to all these brokerage acts, the purpose of attracting customers, increasing revenue and profits for the restaurant. The total amount of profit is estimated at VND 20 billion from disguised activities at the restaurant.
