In this case, the defendants include Le Tuan Linh, Nguyen Thi Thai Hang, Pham Quang Linh and Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien along with Le Thanh Cong.

Also present in court were Thuy Tien's biological mother, Hang Du Muc's brother and Quang Linh Vlogs's sister. On the morning of the court opening, many relatives were seen standing outside the trial area, according to reporters.

Regarding the consequences, the indictment stated that the defendants confessed honestly, repented, had no criminal record, and cooperated with their families to return the illegally obtained money to remedy the consequences.

Specifically: Thuy Tien paid 3.2 billion VND; Hang Du Muc paid 2.18 billion VND; Quang Linh Vlogs paid 1.2 billion VND; Le Tuan Linh paid 600 million VND; Le Thanh Cong paid 1.6 billion VND. Notably, with excellent achievements in studying and working, Thuy Tien was proposed to be considered for a reduced sentence according to Clause 1, Article 51 of the Penal Code.

Previously, for relatives and associates such as Quang Linh Vlogs's sister - Pham Thi Nhat Le - the investigation records determined that she was a shareholder with a capital contribution ratio of 13.66% at Chi Em Rot Group, participating in promoting KERA candy through livestream and TikTok account. Nhat Le stated that she did not participate in the candy production discussion process, did not know the origin of the raw materials, and did not know the exact ingredients. The investigation agency determined that there was no basis for criminal prosecution against Nhat Le.

Her husband, Nguyen Nam Hoang, was also not prosecuted because there was not enough evidence. Hoang had made nearly 1,386 KERA candy orders and collected a commission of more than 26.5 million VND, then voluntarily returned this amount to remedy the consequences.

In court, defendant Nguyen Quang Linh admitted that he did not understand anything about the nature of the product and only heard it from others.
