The above vegetable candy has been advertised by Thuy Tien, Quang Linh Vlogs, and Hang Du Muc since the end of 2024. In a post in December 2024, Thuy Tien said that this gummy candy brand was launched by the Chi Em Rot team (CER Group) and her. In the post, the beauty queen said that the gummy candy is made from 10 types of vegetables and can supplement fiber for people aged 3 and up.

After the information about the amount of fiber in the vegetable candy caused controversy, Thuy Tien apologized on the evening of March 6. "After the incident, I also stopped livestreaming to sell products. Regarding the origin of input materials for Kera vegetable candy, Mr. Le Tuan Linh, legal representative of Chi Em Rot Company, said that according to information provided by Asia Life factory, this unit purchases all raw materials from enterprises in Vietnam, ensuring quality and clear origin.

In response to the question of refunding customers who want to return products after the incident, Mr. Tuan Linh said that up to now, there have been KOLs (famous people) who have returned mone.y to customers and are still supporting KOLs to make refunds.
