"I will still provide you with rice and cooking oil every month, as long as you stay at home. But because of your epilepsy, if you try to go out to work, you won't be able to faint. I visited your house the other day. There was no bed, only a mat spread out on the floor to lie on," Quang Linh shared.

The male Youtuber expressed that he wanted to help Tuan by opening a grocery store for him and building a small house on the street. After surveying, Linh also found a suitable piece of land to buy, on the main road leading to the commune, with a lot of traffic.

"The depth of the land is about 20 meters, 35 meters wide, enough to build a house and kiosk for 8 people," Quang Linh said.

The money to buy land for Tuan and Quang Linh was partly deducted from the amount of money donated by sponsors, totaling about 28 million. As for building a house, Linh estimates it will cost about 8,000 - 9,000 thousand dollars (about 200 million VND).

The person who sold the land to Quang Linh was an Angolan man with paraplegia, very friendly and hospitable. After presenting Quang Tuan's situation, the landowner sympathized and decided to donate this land to the Quang Linh team.

However, he immediately explained to the landowner: "Someone supported him (Tuan) with money to buy land."

Quang Linh realized that the landowner was also in difficult circumstances, so he did not want to receive this gift for free. Linh calculated that if according to prices in Angola, this land would be sold for about 200,000 Kz (~ 5 million VND). Finally, Quang Linh lowered the price by 300,000 Kz (~ about 8 million VND) to buy back the land, the remaining amount was considered as a support to the landowner. The transaction ended successfully, the Angolan man smiled kindly and shook hands to thank Quang Linh.

Quang Linh then began measuring the land and designing detailed drawings for Tuan's house. He hopes that by Tet, construction can be started and completed early according to schedule.
