Vuong Pham is one of the prominent Vietnamese YouTubers in the US. With a simple image but sharp business thinking, he once attracted attention when he revealed that he owns many real estates and large projects in Houston, Texas.

Recently, he continued to amaze the public when he announced that he had successfully purchased a high-rise building in this city.

In his latest YouTube video, Vuong Pham said he has been pursuing plans to own office buildings for a long time but has often failed at auctions. This time, he seized a rare opportunity when a large building was put up for sale at a surprisingly low price. Vuong Pham revealed that, if calculated based on the initial construction cost, the building was once valued at between 50 and 60 million USD (equivalent to more than 1,500 billion VND). However, due to the economic downturn and low number of tenants, the actual value has dropped sharply, creating favorable conditions for him to buy it back.

"This price is like buying a parking lot and getting the land and building for free. Opportunities like this don't come often in life," he shared.

According to Vuong Pham, the building is located near the Vietnamese community, so he plans to renovate it to rent out offices on the upper floors, while the ground floor will be used for a food and coffee business model. Based on market observations, he believes that this is the bottoming phase and within the next 4-5 years, the value of these types of buildings will recover strongly.

Not stopping at real estate, Vuong Pham also surprised viewers when he used the tank he just bought to test the durability of... the road surface in the latest clip. This tank was originally a prop that appeared in the famous movie The Walking Dead, and he restored it from the old version.

Vuong Pham’s wealth and boldness are no longer a surprise. On his YouTube channel, he shared that he currently owns more than 1,000 hectares of land in the US, along with two large farms and a safari eco-tourism area. In addition, he has invested in a project to build more than 400 houses in Texas – a project that he started by buying agricultural land and applying for a permit to convert it into a residential area.

Talking about his affinity with real estate, Vuong Pham once said that he was greatly influenced by his mother - who used to do real estate business in Vietnam. Early exposure to this industry and financial background from a technology company helped him develop many more large projects. "My luck is related to real estate. Working in this field makes me feel comfortable, close to nature, making money and enjoying life," he said.

Vuong Pham said many properties he bought cheaply a few years ago have now increased in value 3 to 10 times, especially since the wave of migrants from other states pouring into Texas has become stronger.

Besides his career, Vuong Pham is also loved by netizens for his affectionate personal life with his wife - Brenda Lam. The two met when Brenda was a student renting a room at Vuong's aunt's house.
