The customer service department of the online delivery platform proactively contacted the person who spread the video to verify the information.

Responding to reporters from the Morning News newspaper, a representative of the online delivery platform confirmed that the incident occurred in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province (China) at around 9:00 p.m. on November 23, 2024. The delivery person who acted offensively towards the customer's food was also identified as a shipper named Dinh. Due to "personal reasons", he did not deliver this order.
