It is known that the clip was posted by a delivery employee in a private chat group of people in the same profession. In the clip, the male shipper opened the lid of the food box and loudly scolded: "The shipping fee is only 3, 4 yuan (about 11,000 VND), but you still want fast delivery"... then spat inside.

It is worth mentioning that after satisfying his anger, the delivery man firmly declared: "I will definitely deliver this order". His actions immediately made many "colleagues" in the shipper chat group exclaim that it was "so disgusting".

After watching the clip, the Chinese online community was also "stirred up" with anger. The media of this country then quickly stepped in to clarify the incident. The customer service department of the online delivery platform proactively contacted the person who spread the video to verify the information.

Responding to reporters from the Morning News newspaper, a representative of the online delivery platform confirmed that the incident occurred in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province (China) at around 9:00 p.m. on November 23, 2024. The delivery person who acted offensively towards the customer's food was also identified as a shipper named Dinh. Due to "personal reasons", he did not deliver this order.

The customer later requested a refund, claiming that the food had not been delivered. The delivery man then staged a video of himself spitting on the returned food box and uploaded it to the chat group. This behavior was a serious violation of the platform's regulations, so the delivery man, surnamed Dinh, was permanently banned from accepting orders, blacklisted, and fired immediately.
