The devil enters the intestines: heavy horror, hugging his wif.e's body to sleep, actors drink fish sauce while filming

The newly released horror movie The Devil Enters the Intestines has many scary scenes, scaring the audience with the story of the "Devil Entering the Intestines", the Devil entering a person who has just died. The film is inspired by a true story that once shook public opinion.

In the after credits, the film plays a number of documentary clips about related events in real life, quite similar to the way the movie Ma Da did. Producer Nhat Trung said that the film is based on a very famous story, which has been published in international newspapers. That is the story of Mr. Le Van in Quang Nam.

After his wif.e died and was burie.d, he dug up his wif.e's body and put it in a statue, leaving it in the house for ten years. This story was visited by some newspapers to the house to be recorded from insiders. "The story is really touching, beautiful and meaningful, so we decided to do it again" - Nhat Trung said.

Previously, in the film's promotional information, Nhat Trung also explained about this idea: "The journey of our horror films is very real, very real, we always stick to real stories to do. We associate the character with real life, not imagination. I believe that with a close and bold Vietnamese material, the film will reach the audience."

The Demon and the Devil come from the same production team, so the two films have similarities when based on reality.

In the film, Quang Tuan and Kha Nhu play the main roles of the couple Quang - Nhu, they are in debt, poor but love each other and have a small chil.d named Cassava. An aunt named Hong (Van Dung) often helps the two take care of their children. Because of debt, Quang and Nhu planned to sell the family's land. On the land there is a mysterious grave, which needs to be relocated to sell the land.

When the coffin was moved, the grave diggers discovered a statue and a mysterious necklace in the coffin. Since then, many calamities have occurred in the village, leading to disaster for the protagonist's family. It was like feeling clinging to a mysterious force. The incident came when Nhu's chil.d was kidnapped by a stranger, and she changed her temper, making Quang afraid.

Actor Quang Tuan also performed many harsh scenes such as rain, screaming, and going crazy, especially when witnessing his wif.e showing signs of being possessed by a demon. Quang Tuan revealed that because he filmed in weather below 10 degrees Celsius, it rained for 3 days in a row in Bao Loc City (Lam Dong province), so he had to drink ginger tea and fish sauce so as not to tremble in a scene that required him to lie still. He also had his arm cut off when working with box builders, in order to learn for the role.

Meanwhile, Kha Nhu had an impressive incarnation when playing a wif.e in the form of a demon. She had a segment where she had to eat the duck's life suit, creating a horrible feeling for the viewers.

The actor admitted the pressure, going through the process of psychological struggle when acting out the above horror scene. Initially, she planned to ask the director not to act, or film cheating, but was not agreed.

Quang Tuan let his hair be long, losin.g 5kg, leading to emaciation and paleness to suit the character. Previously, when participating in the movie Tunnels, the actor lost up to 14kg and now gains nearly 10kg to prepare for the next project. To the opinion that Quang Tuan is only confident when acting in horror movies, the actor denied.

The Devil Enters the Colony is a heavy horror movie with a lot of scary scenes and dense jump scare. However, Nhat Trung said that behind the horror and bloo.d shell, the film wants to convey a message about family.

Besides Quang Tuan and Kha Nhu, the film also has the participation of veteran actors such as People's Artist Thanh Nam, Van Dung, and Artist Phu Don. The film was filmed in isolated forests in Lam Dong in difficult and strenuous conditions.
