According to Box Office Vietnam, the movie Linh Luc: Quy Nhap Trang only had two screenings on January 12 with 10 tickets sold. The movie is expected to leave theaters in the next few days.

Lynx was released on November 21. Director Luu Thanh Luan's work earned 42 billion VND in revenue in the first week. The film led the box office for 2 consecutive weeks, even surpassing the blockbuster Moana 2.

In the following weeks, Linh Mieu lost its appeal, and had to compete with domestic production Cong Tu Bac Lieu and a series of international films. In recent days, the film has only had a few screenings left, and tickets are being sold in small quantities.

Based on that idea, the film takes viewers back to Hue in the 1960s. The story revolves around the Duong Phuc family - a wealthy aristocratic family whose eldest grandson unfortunately had an accident and fell into the river.

During the funeral of his nephew, a black cat with red eyes suddenly appeared and jumped over the coffin, after which the dead man suddenly woke up. Next, a series of strange events continued to occur in the house, including someone being murdered for unknown reasons.

That makes people believe that the Duong Phuc family has been cursed by demons because of past sins. Me Bich (Hong Dao) - the most powerful person in the family - and her two sons Vinh Trong (Van Anh) and Vinh Thai (Samuel An) must find a way to help the family overcome the storm...

Most of the audience did not appreciate the script and the images. The story was built simply, the scare tactics were familiar. The special effects, especially the creation of the lynx, were not impressive enough to create the necessary feeling of horror in a horror film.

In the second half, the script is a bit weak because the details are easy to guess and lack creativity. The content gradually becomes rambling and lacks highlights. The ending is also simple, somewhat reducing the emotional flow built from the beginning.

In terms of acting, only Hong Dao scored with the role of Me Bich - the most powerful woman in the Duong Phuc family. In addition, Miss Thuy Tien and the young actors have not made an impression. For the first time entering the film industry, Thuy Tien also revealed many limitations in acting, dialogue, especially in handling situations, and lack of diversity in expressions. Meanwhile, other actors also abused the dramatic acting style, focusing on screaming and rolling their eyes, reducing the emotional flow of the film.

In 2025, Thuy Tien continued to appear on the big screen with a film project called Chot Don, she played the role of Hoang Linh. The film revolves around the busy life of Hoang Linh - a young and successful "warrior" of closing deals and Uncle An (Quyen Linh) - an office worker and a technology motorbike taxi driver.
