In court, Trang claimed that she had handed over the amount of VND 1.5 billion to Miss Thuy Tien. However, Mr. Nguyen Important (Trang's friend) is the name on the loan contract. Regarding the above, the jury held that Ms. Trang was not named on the loan agreement, so she had no right to claim.

With respect to the claim for non-contractual damages, the court found that there were no grounds for consideration and therefore did not accept the plaintiff's appeal. In the end, Thuy Tien officially won the case.
