Ms. H. shared that she bought 2 packages of 48 training sessions for 20 million VND at a gym with the advertisement that this is a gym system specializing in 1-on-1 personal trainers. On November 9, 2020, in During training with PT, Ms. H. fell and suffered serious facial injuries:

It is worth mentioning that after Ms. H. was injured, the staff at the gym did not give first aid to customers. Ms. H. had to ask someone who also practiced first aid there and then waited for her husband to take her to Viet Duc hospital, Hanoi. Even the gym does not assign people to accompany guests to the hospital. After that, the PT and the gym manager offered to visit Ms. H. and partially compensate for the treatment costs, but because Ms. H. had not yet completed the treatment, on December 2, when the wound was fine, Ms. H. can work with the gym.
The gym has been delayed many times and does not respond to customer complaints

On December 28, she contacted the Head of the Training Department and learned that this person did not have any information about the incident.

On the afternoon of December 29, Ms. H. finally received a response, but it was a request to meet a female customer. However, Ms. H. is in the second round of neck treatment, so she invited the company to work at her house on the evening of January 6.
