In addition, Mr. C. also accused on November 1, 2020, Nham Hoang Khang also used his account to appropriate 8.2 million VND on T-Rex and then sold it to others.

On April 25, the CQD sent an official letter to the Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City to issue a decision to sanction Khang for administrative violations in the field of post and telecommunications.
