At about 3pm on the same day, Sinh picked up the phone and said he had boarded the car to go home to Dak Lak. Notably, this patient told the doctor that he would not return to the hospital.

According to other information, Mr. Le Van Long, Chairman of the People's Committee of Krong Bong district, said that after receiving the above information, he and the functional forces had just come down to Sinh's house, but this young man was not at home.
