According to the Financial Supervisory Service, ADOR's revenue last year was 110.3 billion won. NewJeans' remaining contract term is 5 years. The penalty is expected to be around 400 to 620 billion won (more than 11 trillion VND). The fact that girls in their twenties who do not know the legal issues unilaterally demand to terminate the contract with a company that invested 300 billion VND in their debut is no different from "egg hitting a rock".

Regarding the reason for leaving ADOR, Minji said: "While HYBE and ADOR claim to be separate entities, everyone knows that HYBE and ADOR are now one. The ADOR we once knew has disappeared. As such, the trust between ADOR and us has been completely broken. ADOR has neither the will nor the ability to protect NewJeans. We would like to announce that the exclusive contract between NewJeans and ADOR will end at midnight on the 29th."
