Remembering Moonbin's passing 2 years ago: Biological sister and ASTRO member do something special

According to Korean media reports on March 27, a special song in memory of the late artist Moonbin (ASTRO) will be officially released next April.

This is not only a music project but also a deep gratitude from loved ones to Moonbin.

In memory of Moonbin, those close to him have come together to create a special music project. This song features ASTRO members Cha Eun Woo, MJ, Jinjin, and Sanha, as well as his sister Moon Sua (Billie), who has always had special feelings for her brother.

In addition, close friends such as Seungkwan and DK (SEVENTEEN), SinB (VIVIZ) and many other artists also enthusiastically participated, creating a meaningful music product.

Previously, on the first anniversary of Moonbin's death, ASTRO members and friends had their own ways to express their condolences. Jinjin released a special song Fly (featuring Moonbin), SEVENTEEN's Seungkwan performed Dandelion, while Cha Eun Woo expressed his longing through a cover of 10cm's Stalker. These songs were not only a tribute but also a reflection of the sincere feelings they had for their deceased friend.

This year, instead of individual releases, ASTRO members gathered Moonbin's close friends to create a tribute song. This project is not only a gift for Moonbin but also a warm message from those who love him.

The song is expected to be released in April, becoming a special mark, helping fans remember Moonbin together in the most beautiful way through music.

Moonbin was born on January 26, 1998 in Cheongju, Chungbuk Province, South Korea. Since he was a child, Moonbin was drawn to acting and showed his talent in this field. He made his mark in many television and web-drama projects, notably the role of "pottery boy" (as a child) as the child version of Kim Bum in the movie Boys Over Flowers. In the movie, the male singer appeared with Kim Bum, Lee Min Ho, Goo Hye Sun... who are famous names in the acting industry.

Possessing a handsome actor's appearance, few people expected Moonbin to choose to debut with ASTRO and become an idol singer. However, this is proof of Moonbin's strong passion for music even though he already has a background in acting. Notably, his musical talent makes many audiences admire him. Possessing a warm and easy-to-listen voice, he often takes on many singing lines in the group's songs.
