In the afternoon of November 3, the Vietnamese schoolgirl who unfortunately passed away after the incident at the Halloween costume festival in Itaewon, Seoul, Korea was brought back to her hometown in Binh Dinh.

Seeing their young daughter with her already cold body, the parents of a 21-year-old female student could no longer stand. While the mother was constantly crying, the girl's father was still trying to calm down.

Mr. D.VK is the father of a female student T. who unfortunately passed away in the Itaewon incident. From the first days of receiving the bad news of his son, the father himself was also devastated but still tried his best to help his wife reduce her grief somewhat.

According to VTC News, looking at the car carrying his children back to his hometown, Mr. K. was dumbfounded. Dragging his body as if he was about to collapse to the gate, he hugged the coffin, his hands were shaking, his eyes were red with tears flowing. Meanwhile, his wife and also T.'s mother couldn't hold back her emotions. She was constantly crying and choking, walking unsteadily and needed someone to help her. The house of three has now lost a baby daughter. The pain is too great, but even a husband and father like Mr. K. still have to try to suppress the pain because he knows that his wife now has only support for himself.

It is known that this place is only about 80km from Loc Fuho's house. So as soon as he heard the news that the unfortunate female student had returned, the male YouTuber did not hesitate to come to the place and light incense to see her off. He also expressed: "Students. From the same hometown, you should come and light a candle for him. May you rest in peace."

From the early days when he heard the bad news, the father always tried to suppress his emotions, his eyes were always filled with tears, only direct.

The last time he looked at his daughter, the heart of a father and mother hurt terribly. T.'s mother sobbed: "When you went away healthy and fresh, why are you back so cold now T. Oh, wake up and talk to my mother".

Mrs. DT.AN choked in front of her daughter's coffin, making everyone who witnessed everyone choked because they were so sorry. Neighbors were present very early to visit and encourage their families. Regarding the heartbreaking incident, Korean Prime Minister Han Duck-soo on November 3 also chaired a meeting of the Central Committee for Accident Prevention and Safety Management, asking the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for guidance to support the smooth organization of funerals for foreign victims who did not survive the Itaewon stampede disaster.

Most of the victims who died in the recent disaster have finished their funerals, but the funerals of foreign victims still take time. Because each country has a different funeral culture, plus the cost of bringing the victim home is also expensive, the Government needs to have appropriate support measures for each case.

The Prime Minister also said that he would ask and encourage businesses to cooperate so that the deceased's family members and injured people can temporarily quit their jobs and take leave if necessary.

Since the same day, the Government has also coordinated interdisciplinary review with large-scale events and festivals expected to gather more than 10,000 people per hour, expected to focus on reviewing the maximum number of participants, countermeasures when people disperse after the festival, thoroughly deal with safety incidents. Local authorities must also review and supplement guidelines for safe management when organizing festivals in the area.

The government also plans to develop a plan to renew the national safety system, including a plan to manage crowded places, based on the results of scientific analysis from the Itaewon disaster.

Earlier, on the afternoon of October 30, Korean Foreign Minister Park Jin sent a letter to Vietnamese Ambassador to the Republic of Korea Nguyen Vu Tung expressing his condolences over this incident and affirming that he will make every effort, in accordance with the law. Work closely with the Embassy in supporting the victims of the stampede disaster during the Halloween festival on the evening of October 29.
