According to initial information, on the morning of April 14, Ms. Q and her husband took their child to the City Children's Hospital (Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City) for examination. Although the doctor concluded that the baby had gastric reflux, Mrs. Q still did not believe it and discussed with her husband to have her reexamined. As a result of the second examination, the doctor concluded that H. had weak lungs and gastroesophageal reflux and admitted him to the hospital for treatment.
