In 2005, Mr. An and his Japanese partner established A&B Development Joint Stock Company (A&B Development Corp) specializing in real estate, with headquarters right at AB Tower (Le Lai, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City).

Currently, Mr. Ha Van An holds the position of General Director, while the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of A&B Development Joint Stock Company is held by Japanese businessman, Takahara Kiyoshi.

Before AB Tower, since 2002, Mr. An's A&B Group began building Anantara Mui Ne Resort on a 3-hectare plot of land with a prime location in Binh Thuan. In addition, Mr. An's process of expanding the resort real estate business also has the companionship of a number of domestic real estate giants.

At the end of May 2016, A&B Group suddenly emerged after a legal entity in Mr. Ha Van An's real estate "ecosystem" participated in the race with Ms. Truong My Lan's Van Thinh Phat group, aiming to win the right to Invest in Bach Dang Port Park.
