They carried sticks and acted violently towards the YouTubers present there. The incident was recorded on video and sent to Ms. Hong Loan.

Hong Loan wrote: "According to the video that my brothers recorded and sent to me after the incident, I saw those strangers using force on the YouTuber brothers at the grave. These strangers chased and beat them very dangerously."

Hong Loan expressed her gratitude to the fans and relatives who have visited the grave in the past. However, the artist's daughter objected to the strangers who came to harass and deliberately trample on the resting place of her father and other artists. In the petition, she requested the cemetery management to take measures to prevent and request the group of troublemakers to leave the area.

According to Ms. Hong Nhung, the court of first instance's determination that Hong Loan (daughter of the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh) is in the first line of inheritance and is entitled to 85% of the inheritance value is incorrect. Ms. Nhung believes that Hong Loan is not a legally adopted chil.d because the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh did not register for adoption; the adoption papers and birth certificates issued by the People's Committee of Phu Nhuan District are not in accordance with regulations.

The first instance verdict stated that Meritorious Artist Vu Linh adopted Hong Loan in good faith and that his relationship with the head of the household was that of a "chil.d"; everyone in the family acknowledged that the late artist adopted Ms. Loan when she was young... which is incorrect. According to Ms. Nhung, Hong Loan was brought to her mother by an acquaintance. After her mother passed away, the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh and his entire family raised Ms. Loan.
