Hong Loan did not accept all of the plaintiff's lawsuit requests, identifying herself as the first heir and submitting to the court documents confirming that she is the legitimate child of the late artist Vu Linh. Ms. Loan filed a counterclaim, requesting that Ms. Nhung and her children move all of their assets out of house number 5 Doan Thi Diem, Phu Nhuan district.
