Although she feels "okay" with the ruling to inherit 15% of her uncle's estate, Vu Linh's niece said she and her mother are considering appealing.

Regarding the lawsuit for inheritance rights, Hong Phuong shared that she understood that her uncle never wanted this to happen. The female singer confided that during his lifetime, the late artist placed his feelings and artistic expectations on his niece.
