Recently, the People's Court of Go Vap District is expected to hear the case that Ms. Dang Thuy Trang sues Ms. Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien on May 8.

In a document sent to the legal representative of Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien, the Go Vap District People's Court decided to enter a civil case in dispute over compensation for non-contractual damages between Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien (plaintiff) and Dang Thuy. Trang (defendant) with a dispute over a property loan contract between Ms. Dang Thuy Trang (plaintiff) and Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien (defendant) for quick and lawful resolution.

According to Thanh Nien, the legal representative of Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien said that the trial date is expected to be on May 8, but it can be rescheduled to handle the merging of two civil cases. The representative of Miss Thuy Tien said that the documents provided by Ms. Trang did not show that Thuy Tien borrowed from Ms. Trang. "In fact, Thuy Tien has never received any money from Ms. Trang," said Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien's legal representative.

At the press conference about the previous incident, Miss Thuy Tien once shared that litigation was undesirable and also a risky step for her career. Despite the risk of losing the trial because of "black and white paper", she always believes in the law, the court will find the root of the matter.

Meanwhile, talking to Thanh Nien newspaper, Ms. Dang Thuy Trang said she did not receive information on entering two civil cases. Ms. Trang said that it was unreasonable for Miss Thuy Tien to sue her and believed that she would win in the dispute over the property loan contract. "Because I have sufficient evidence, it is difficult to deny it," said Trang firmly.

The case is expected to be heard on May 8. Previously, on November 3, 2022, the Go Vap District People's Court accepted the case of a loan contract dispute between the plaintiff, Ms. Dang Thuy Trang and the defendant, Miss Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien. According to the lawsuit filed by Ms. Dang Thuy Trang, in 2017, Thuy Tien proposed to borrow VND 1.5 billion to compete for Miss South Vietnam and pledged to pay after winning the prize.

According to the lawsuit, Ms. Trang said that in June 2017, because she needed money to participate in the "Southern Hoa Khoi 2017" contest, Miss Thuy Tien at that time actively asked Ms. 5 billion, with the goal of winning in the top 3.

On 12/7/2017, Ms. Trang agreed to lend Thuy Tien the above amount. At the same time, Ms. Trang's husband sold his car, the car buyer paid cash, so Ms. Trang took that money and gave it directly to Thuy Tien.

On the day of giving money to Ms. Tien (July 12, 2017), Ms. Trang's husband asked his friend, Mr. Nguyen Quan Trong, to sign the debt confirmation record as the party lending money to Ms. Tien, while Ms. Trang was the employee. proof; Thuy Tien signed and clearly stated that she received enough money.

According to the debt confirmation minutes, Ms. Tien has to pay the money within one year from the date of signing the debt confirmation. Every month, Ms. Tien is obliged to pay a part of this debt. However, at the end of the repayment period (July 21, 2018), Ms. Tien did not pay the above amount to Ms. Trang.

From there, Ms. Trang asked the Go Vap District People's Court to consider and decide to force Ms. Tien to pay her a total amount of more than 2.4 billion VND. At the same time, forcing Ms. Tien to apologize and rectify publicly on three pages of newspapers selected by Ms. Trang.

Ms. Trang asked the court to force Miss Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien to pay her nearly 2.4 billion VND (including 1.5 billion VND in debt and 932 million VND in compensation). At the same time, Ms. Dang Thuy Trang forced Thuy Tien to correct the information, posting a public apology notice on 3 pages of newspapers.

After that, Miss Thuy Tien's side also made a request to the authorities to handle Ms. Dang Thuy Trang about posting information and images of Thuy Tien without consent. Thuy Tien said that Ms. Trang reported false information, smearing her reputation and image.

Regarding this incident, Thuy Tien's side confirmed that she had never received any money from Ms. Trang. However, Ms. Dang Thuy Trang confirmed that she had sufficient evidence and was ready to go to court in the near future.

On the side of Miss Thuy Tien, in September 2022, the queen also sued Ms. Trang to the People's Court of Go Vap District about Ms. Trang's posts on social networks that offended her honor and dignity. At the same time, request to force Ms. Trang to pay compensation of 387 million VND for physical and mental damage.
