It is known that detainees are allowed to meet their relatives once during the detention period and once during each extension of custody period. Detainees may see their relatives once a month; in case the number of meetings is increased or the meeting is not a relative, the consent of the agency that is handling the case must be obtained. The duration of each meeting should not exceed one hour.

"The case of my mother and her accomplices is clear so far, the investigation has ended, and I myself have absolutely nothing to do with the crime of my mother and accomplices, so my visit to my mother is not enough. Previously, Mr. Nguyen Quang Tuan had asked for his mother, Nguyen Phuong Hang, to be released on bail, but it has not been accepted yet.
