The first is about the videos that she has 'shown' the price of the food on it. Actually, she just wants people to know about the price, publicly list the price so that everyone can consider and feel whether it is reasonable or not, whether it is comfortable or not when going to Uncle Bau's rice shop. She doesn't want customers to walk in and then know the price, which will cause surprise and discomfort. That's why she 'showed' the price of the dish on the video.
