In fact, my father worked hard to support the whole family, including Mrs. Nhung," Hong Loan wrote in her appeal. From there, she believes that the court of first instance's consideration of Mrs. Nhung's efforts based on the above grounds and arguments is incorrect and "exceeds the scope of Mrs. Nhung's lawsuit request."

The dispute has been closed at first instance. Although my side does not agree with the decision, we will appeal. However, as my lawyer informed, everyone should respect the Court's decision and wait for the final result at the appeal.
