At the investigation agency, Ms. Hang claimed that the information about these people was because she "dreamed", obtained on the Internet and has not been verified, without proof.

At these sessions, Ms. Hang "disclosed" secrets about her personal life and contents that affected the prestige and honor of Mr. Hoai Linh., Ms. Vy Oanh and Ms. Han Ni. Ms. Hang testified that the statement that affected Mr. Linh's reputation was because he had a relationship with Mr. Vo Hoang Yen.

However, when Ms. Hang asked to speak up about Mr. Yen's fraud, Mr. Linh remained silent and did not speak. As for Ms. Han Ni, Ms. Hang claimed that Ms. Ni had "anti-" statements of Dai Nam Joint Stock Company and Hang Huu Fund.

The investigative agency determined that Ms. Hang's statements had affected the reputation, honor and dignity of others, and had a bad influence on public opinion. The Ho Chi Minh City Public Security Bureau also worked with many related individuals who played a supporting role in Ms. Hang's illegal livestreams, including two lawyers.

Accordingly, Tan, Ha and Nhi performed the tasks of posting information on the social network Facebook about the title, time, and link to the YouTube channel, TikTok will broadcast the livestream; print the contents that defendant Nguyen Phuong Hang will speak and give to defendant Hang before the livestreams; prepare and use electronic means and devices to serve livestream and broadcast livestream on Hang's social network accounts.

At the same time, these three individuals also participated in hosting the livestreams, announced the number of viewers, read the comments on the live stream, etc. In addition, in the livestreams of the accused Hang spoke. About Hoai Linh and singer Vy Oanh, there are also lawyer Dang Anh Quan (lecturer of Ho Chi Minh City Law University) and lawyer Nguyen Dinh Kim.

The CQDT determined that Ms. Hang's live livestreams posted on social networks had many viewers and comments. Among them, there are videos with videos up to 610,355 views, 14,000 likes and 5,021 comments.
