According to the indictment, on January 24, 2022, Ninh Thi Van Anh made a phone call to Gia Dinh Viet Trading, Transport and Tourism Company Limited (headquartered in Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City) to rent a self-driving car and rent a car. request the company to drive the car to deliver it in the area of Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province.

After that, the staff of Gia Dinh Viet Trading, Transport and Tourism Co., Ltd. drove the car 51H - 242.74 from Ho Chi Minh City to Phan Thiet City to make a car rental contract with a term of 3 months, from the 24th. January 1, 2022 to April 24, 2022, and deliver the car and related documents to Van Anh under the contract.

When receiving the car, Van Anh paid the 3-month rental under the contract of 45 million VND and paid 5 million wages to the company's staff when he brought the car to Phan Thiet city for delivery.

However, when the lease expired, Van Anh appropriated the car and took it to Ninh Binh province. Here, Van Anh teamed up with another person to open a fruit shop, and at the same time bought two beautiful sim cards with installments.

To have money for business and installment payments to buy digital sims, on June 9, Van Anh sold the car to Mr. Bui Duc Hieu (29 years old, living in Hanoi) for 450 million VND. Mr. Hieu has transferred to Van Anh a total of 390 million VND, the remaining 60 million VND will be paid when the car sales contract is completed.

Van Anh returned to Ho Chi Minh City from Ninh Binh and then went on social networks to order a fake registration of a car BKS 51H - 242.74 for 5 million VND and then delivered it to Mr. Hieu to build trust.

On June 30, 2022, Mr. Hieu repeatedly contacted Van Anh and asked to carry out the procedures to transfer the car owner's name as agreed, but Van Anh avoided coming for many reasons.

In July 2022, the representative of Gia Dinh Viet Company denounced Van Anh to the Bac Giang Provincial Police, which is her place of residence. When receiving a transfer application from the Bac Giang Provincial Police, the Police of Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province invited Van Anh to work and she admitted her behavior.

On October 13, 2022, the Criminal Investigation Agency of Binh Thuan Province Police prosecuted the accused, executed an arrest warrant for Ninh Thi Van Anh to be detained for investigation on the act of "abusing trust to appropriate assets". product".

On November 16, 2022, the Investigation Police Agency of Binh Thuan Public Security continued to decide to prosecute the case and prosecute additional defendants against Van Anh for the crime of "using fake documents of agencies, organizations and individuals". ".

During the investigation, "Tina Duong" sincerely declared, compensated for the damage and asked the victim to reduce the penalty, so he was entitled to the mitigating circumstance of criminal liability.

Specifically, Tina Duong paid 300 million VND to Gia Dinh Viet Company and paid Mr. H. 360 million VND. Currently, both victims in the case have applied for a reduced sentence for the female accused.
