Regarding this issue, talking to a reporter from Dan Tri Newspaper, Mr. Tran Xuan Nhuong - Head of Education and Training Department of Quynh Luu district, Nghe An said that the unit has received the information. This did not happen at a public preschool but at an independent group of children at a private facility in the district.

After receiving the information, the Department of Education and Training of Quynh Luu district immediately assigned a representative of the public preschool in the area to coordinate with the local government to work with the owner of this facility, for the sake of the facility. This is under the management of the industry and the People's Committee of Quynh Ngoc commune.

Also according to the Head of the Department of Education and Training of Quynh Luu district, the owner of this facility admitted the error and sent a report to the commune and the public preschool.

The fact that teachers working here have made inappropriate words on social networks not only affects parents but also damages the image of teachers.

"These statements were inappropriate and created negative public opinion for parents whose children study here. Currently, the parents have received an apology from the facility owner and staff," Mr. Nhuong added. .

Talking to VietNamNet, Mr. Nhuong said that the owner of the facility confirmed that the content posted on social networks was true, at the same time admitted the error and issued a written report.

"Those messages came from a closed group of some teachers. They had some rude words towards parents and students, creating bad public opinion. The teachers met directly, called, texted I would like to apologize to the parents and commit not to repeat the offense," Mr. Nhuong informed.

According to Mr. Nhuong, this is a non-public facility, under the jurisdiction of the People's Committee of Quynh Ngoc commune. Currently, relevant parties are still in the process of working, considering the scope of impact, to come up with a solution.

"For this facility, there needs to be an appropriate form of handling, not taking it lightly but also not over-escalating the problem," District Director of Education and Training Quynh Luu affirmed.
