The person who was assigned by Mr. Xuan to directly manage An Phu karaoke facility is Pham Quoc Khai (SN 1989). In addition to this establishment, most of the other business places Mr. Xuan are only listed in the registration documents, the rest hires a direct manager.

In a short time, nationwide, there were consecutive big fires at karaoke business establishments, causing many deaths and injuries, causing great damage to property. Facing the above situation, the Prime Minister requested to tighten karaoke service, directed the Ministry of Public Security and People's Committees of provinces and cities to check and review the work of ensuring fire safety in the area.

In Binh Duong province, the police of districts and towns in the province launched a general inspection of karaoke bars from September 9 to 21 and checked a total of 622 establishments. In which, detecting records of administrative violations of 271 establishments violating regulations on fire prevention and fighting and other regulations, temporarily suspending operation of 51 establishments. The total amount of fines is about 4 billion VND.
