During his lifetime, Duc Tien bought a villa with a garden in California (USA). The late artist's property is worth about 700 thousand USD, equivalent to more than 16 billion VND. This is also one of Duc Tien and his wife's plans to stabilize their lives in preparation for having children.

However, just after moving here, in May 2024, the actor passed away. Although he was quickly taken to the emergency room by his friends, he did not survive due to a heart attack.

Four months after her husband passed away, Binh Phuong had a harder time taking care of her daughter alone. In September 2024, she brought her daughter back to Vietnam for the first time. However, after three times taking Meo to visit her grandmother's house, her mother-in-law did not welcome her and closed the door to her.
