In response to these rumors, Duc Tien's wife, Miss Binh Phuong, recently spoke up.

According to Binh Phuong, the information "Duc Tien suddenly died due to drug shock" spread after the 49-day worshiping ceremony of the late artist. She affirmed that this was untrue, negatively affecting Duc Tien's name and causing heartache for his family and those who loved him.

"We just received the results of the forensic examination on July 19, they concluded that Mr. Tien died of coronary artery disease. In addition, he did not use any drugs or stimulants that day. ", Binh Phuong said.

The doctor explained that coronary artery disease (CAD) is one of the common heart diseases, formed when fatty deposits, called atherosclerotic plaques, accumulate in the blood vessels that carry blood and oxygen to the heart. Over time, these blood vessels (called arteries) narrow, reducing blood flow to the heart and can eventually lead to decreased heart function.

In Duc Tien's case, Binh Phuong said his heart valve was about 80% clogged due to cholesterol. Previously, the late artist's sister also revealed that he and some family members had congenital heart disease.

Binh Phuong said that forensic examination and checking the cause of death are regulations in the US for cases of sudden death in crowded places or unusual signs. For US citizens under 25 years old who die not due to accident or illness, the authorities will conduct this process without the consent of the family.

When bringing Duc Tien to the hospital, Binh Phuong filled out a declaration: her husband had his last general health check-up in December 2023 and was famous in the Vietnamese community in California. Therefore, they proactively carried out procedures to ensure his rights and help the family have clear information about his death.

Previously, MC Duc Tien passed away on May 19 while partying with a group of artists at a friend's house. After serving jackfruit to everyone, the artist bent down to clean it, then fell and couldn't get up. His wife, children, and colleagues held a funeral for him in the US on May 29 and then brought his body to a cemetery in California on May 30.

Regarding the false information, Binh Phuong intended to ignore it, but everyone encouraged him to speak up to protect Duc Tien's honor. She said that since her husband passed away, in addition to the pressures of life, she first encountered negative issues on social networks. However, Binh Phuong decided to block disruptive individuals so that they would not be affected by bad energy. She wants to maintain stable mental health because she also bears the responsibility of raising her daughter and being the breadwinner of the family.
