In the teaser clip before the live session, Tun described a skin care product as follows: "70X brightens and whitens 7 times better than the old version 10X". According to C., Tun Pham said that was "bullshit" and "insults the viewer's IQ" because there is no such concept.

As noted on the morning of July 12, TikToker C.'s clips about Tun Pham are no longer on his channel, only videos from reup accounts remain. Currently, TikToker C. has not shared about hiding/deleting this video.

However, netizens are still asking questions about Tun Pham and the products that this TikToker has advertised and sold on livestream such as bird's nest and shampoo. With bird's nest, Tun Pham and many famous people sell it for 10 - 20k/jar, causing a stir last June.

With shampoo, Tun Pham and many other celebrities have publicly advertised and attached this product to their shopping carts at the price of 83,000 VND regardless of whether they buy 1 - 2 - 3 or 4 bottles. If customers choose to buy 4 bottles, each bottle costs less than 21,000 VND. This price has made many people surprised and wonder about the product's ingredients.

According to the record on the morning of July 12, this shampoo product is still sold normally on the e-commerce platform. The listed price is 400,000 VND for a combo of 4 bottles, a 79% discount to 83,000 VND. On the T. platform alone, this product has had 567.5k orders, equivalent to a revenue after promotion of more than 47 billion VND.

In addition, many people also wonder about the 79% discount rate of this product. Because according to Circular No. 39 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade on June 22, 2025, applied according to simplified procedures, from July 1, 2025, except for some exceptional cases according to regulations, it is only allowed to promote goods and services with a maximum discount of 50% compared to the selling price immediately before the promotion period.

In addition to new events, the drama of Tun Pham mispronouncing the brand name with the red apple brand in 2024 was also mentioned again. Up to now, when Tun Pham was involved in a scandal, the red apple brand suddenly posted an article saying that at that time "the brand gave the correct name to Tun Pham's side, Tun Pham falsely accused the brand of giving the wrong product name".

The male TikToker did not directly mention any incident or product, but only shared a general message of thanks to his colleagues in the profession for their frank and sincere comments.

He admitted that there were shortcomings in the working process, committed to adjusting to improve, and was always ready to listen and handle feedback from customers. Tun Pham also affirmed that he considered each suggestion an opportunity to grow and hoped to continue to receive positive companionship and connection from everyone.
