People with related interests include Ms. Le Thi Hong Phuong (grandson of late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh), Mr. Vo Thanh Nhieu (younger brother of late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh) and Huynh Thi Ngoc Yen Notary Office (ward 14, Binh district) Thanh).

Accordingly, Ms. Vo Thi Hong Nhung asked the court to cancel the document declaring the inheritance of the inheritance made by Ms. Vo Thi Hong Loan on April 7, 2023 at the Notary Office Huynh Thi Ngoc Yen for the legacy of the late Meritorious Artist Vu. Sacred.

Specifically, the house and land use right (LURC) at 5 Doan Thi Diem, Ward 1, Phu Nhuan District according to the LURC issued by the People's Committee of Phu Nhuan District on January 23, 2015, has been transferred to Ms. Vo Thi. Hong Loan.

Land use rights for land plots No. 87, 88 and map sheet No. 8 in Linh Dong Ward, Thu Duc City according to the LURC issued by the People's Committee of Thu Duc District (now Thu Duc City) on December 19, 1998 and a The car has been transferred to Ms. Vo Thi Hong Loan's name.

Cancel the update of changes on the LURC and properties attached to the land at 5 Doan Thi Diem, Ward 1, Phu Nhuan District and the LURC for land plots No. 87, 88 and map sheet No. 8 in Linh Dong Ward, Thu Duc City about the content has been transferred to Ms. Vo Thi Hong Loan.

In the petition, Ms. Nhung asked to divide the inheritance of the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh for the LURC of land plots 87, 88 and map number 8 in Linh Dong ward, Thu Duc city for Ms. Vo Thi Hong Nhung and Mr. Vo Thanh Nhieu.

Ms. Nhung requested to receive half after deducting the value that Meritorious Artist Vu Linh made an oral will for Ms. Le Thi Hong Phuong. The provisional price that Ms. Nhung requested is 1.5 billion VND.

Meritorious Artist Vu Linh passed away in early March after many days of fighting with illness. Before his death, he was known as a man without a wife and children.
