To add freshness, this woman continues to add chemicals to the tray before selling.

Although trading in all kinds of frozen foods, at the time of inspection, this establishment could only present a business registration certificate, without a certificate of food safety as prescribed by law. According to the testimony of the employees working here, the use of industrial hydrogen peroxide to bleach the ink is under the direction of Ms. Dang Thu Ha - the director of this facility.

At the scene, the authorities sealed 30kg of ink that had just been bleached with chemicals and a plastic bottle containing hydrogen peroxide solution, and at the same time took the testimony of the related subjects to strictly handle according to the provisions of the law. the law.
